Issue with Requesting Commercial Seller Status on Galaxy Store

Hello,

I am trying to register my app on the Galaxy Store, but I encountered an issue when requesting Commercial Seller status. My account is currently listed as a Private Seller (Free Distribution), and when I try to submit Android content, I get the following message:

“To sell Android content, a status change to corporate Commercial Distribution Seller is necessary. If you are not a corporate Commercial Distribution Seller, existing Android content will be discontinued and you will not be able to register Android content. Request Corporate Commercial Seller from your profile.”

However, I am having trouble accessing the request page or uploading the required documents. I would appreciate it if you could guide me through the process or let me know if there is a known issue with account upgrades.

The best thing to do in this situation is to create another Seller Portal account. From this new account you can also query the Seller Portal team about the status of your old account.
