Error : INITIALIZING DEVICE CONTENT

Hello, I have almost 30 screens that are experiencing errors and are no longer streaming content. They are TIZEN QB43B screens with a custom application URL called “Appsapce.” The problem occurred when uploading a large video, and the screen’s internal memory became full. Appsapce can’t find a solution to my problem, and I’ve had to perform several factory resets on the screens, but the Samsung’s memory isn’t cleared, or only very slightly, so it’s impossible to reinstall the custom application. Who can help me? Have you had this happen to other customers? tks
