Hi, let me ask you if exists any possible way how to activate sleep mode for external monitor via Samsung Dex. The problem I’ve found is that the monitor won’t go to sleep in USB-C to HDMI mode. If I leave my desk the Dex screen timeout blanks the screen (I tried to set up values from one minute to sixty), but the screen remains on full power and backlight is on. I tried to set up powernap function on my external display (picture in an attachement) but id doesn´t work as well.
