When running the Tizen web app, an error message saying “Fail to get DUID from comss” occurred, preventing the app from running properly.
The DUID is obtained using the code webapis.productinfo.getDuid(). While this version is running on various models, it’s the first time we’ve encountered an issue like this.
Does anyone know the possible cause? Or are there any ways to improve this?
