Failed to get DUID WebAPI

I was using this method to log DUID webapis.productinfo.getDuid() but suddenly it starts to throw the following error

"UnknownError: Fail to get DUID from comss\n at NativeManager.getErrorObject (:1:29999)\n

Have anyone faced like this issue, BTW i already have the proper privileges

Since no one has been able to help you, I would suggest that you open a Developer Support Request and it will be put into the proper queue for the Smart TV support channel.
