Hello @RonLiechty, is there a way to force or compel users to update our apps? For past versions, I did not integrate anything to prompt users to update my apps or send messages to do so, and now I need to do that for some apps. Through the seller portal, is there any way?

Seller Portal does not offer a mechanism to force updates to users. The Galaxy Store has a cycle for auto updates, if the user has agreed to receive auto updates via wifi and/or mobile data, the apps that they currently have installed in the device will be auto updated.
