I just received 2 stars on one of my themes because the wallpaper resolution was too small for a S23 Ultra. The resolution for the S23 Ultra apparently is 1440x3088 but the limit in GTS is 2560x2560. Has anybody come across this problem?
I was told by one on one support that they couldn’t help me. Any suggestions by anyone? Is this a waiting game until they update GTS for the S23 Ultra resolution?
If you are basing this on one review from a customer then maybe you should ask the customer what you should do since you believe they have the technical knowledge…
