Hi,

Just a question about Galaxy Store Review Links: are they supported for Closed Beta? I was looking to test reviews, but I couldn’t find information about how to do it in-app or with the links in Closed Beta. Trying to reach it by appId results in “4019:product for comment is suspended or terminated” in both methods.

I believe you were able to contact one of my colleagues and received an answer to your question.

Galaxy Store review links are not supported for beta apps. However, there are two workarounds:

  • You can publish the app without it, test it on the published app, then add it in as an update.
  • If you have another app for sale, you can test the review link for your beta app by using the app package name of the app that is for sale (but, remember to change the package name before you publish your beta app).
