I just created an account and prepared to submit an application for a free watchface, but it won’t accept my tpk file

As a result of Watch Face distribution policy update, currently Watch Face team is not accepting new Galaxy Watch designers. You will be able to submit your designs for approval during the next design review window which will open in August.
