Help downgrade to WFS 1.3

I’ve been having the memory issue when publishing to the playstore like everyone else, and apparently recreating it using WFS 1.3 seems to be a temporary solution while google fixes things on their end.

But I couldn’t find a way or link to downgrade to 1.3. Can anyone help?

I have saved installation file for 1.3.13 for windows, if that helps.
If not, I could share the 1.3.12, but thats all backup I have…
