Once in a while one of my themes is rejected for this reason and I have no Idea where this color comes from or where to modify it!
The icons on the menu are Common > Color > Main Text on Button > Reg Button Background. The highlight color is a darker shade of Main Text so you need to make sure there is more contrast between the Button Background and darker shade of Main Text.
