How should resolve with Seting up Smart Hub to open App List

Hi All,

Im remoting TV lab test devices.
At Home Screen of real device. Click on the APPS icon —> Display the screen “Use can use smart features after completing the set up” with “Started Setup” button

And When click on “Started Setup” button —> The Pop up is dismissed and Then nothing happen

So I can’t complete the setting up
How can I passed this step to open app on the TV device on Samsung Lab test
