How to create a watch face for older wear os versions?

Hi all. As It looks like the watch face I build is only available for smartwatches using wear os 5. Most watches are still using 4 or lower however so this is an issue.
Is this the standard for watch face studio or am I missing something I can do when publishing to make the watch face available for older versions of wear os?

Use WFS 1.6.10, the wf work for Wear OS 4 and 5.

(Below is what my understanding by reading the doc, but i’m not 100% sure, I’m still using WFS 1.6.10)
If use WFS 1.7.9, if want it work for Wear os 4,5 devices, do not add WFF 2 feature, eg Weather, Range value, wear os 4 not support WFF2 features.

Thanks. Too bad you can’t transfer files back too 1.6.10.
