How to Publish Apps for Older Samsung TV Versions

I am currently developing an application for Samsung Smart TVs and would like to know how to publish the app for older TV models that run on earlier versions of Tizen OS . Could you please guide me on:

The compatibility requirements for older Samsung TV models(2016,2017,2018,2019).
Any specific SDK versions or tools required for older Tizen OS versions.
Submission guidelines or additional steps for publishing apps targeting older TVs.
