We are trying to develop a TV app and would like to test it on older versions of Tizen. however, the package manager only offers TV-Extensions 6.0. There are no older versions. Can you please help.

I think all TVs post 2015 are updated to 6.x The API for all pre 2015 legacy versions is HERE
I believe for Tizen 4.x and Tizen 5.x you need to contact the TV Seller Office for support. If you aren’t a TV Seller partner open a developer support request.
But you can download prior versions and Legacy SDKs release notes HERE
