Huge delay in publishing my new watch face

I’ve created a new watch face in wfs and sent it for review on 14th may, it’s been 14 days and have not gotten any update or message regarding it. Is this happening to me or everybody else?

did you followed this “you need at least 20 testers to participate in your application’s closed test for a minimum of 14 days before you can apply for access to Production.”

it says this is for new devs, my account is created prior Nov 2023 and Ive been publishing watch faces without closed testing.
