I have a "change price" button on some apps but not on others

As the title suggests, is there a reason for the little “Price change” button to be in some apps/themes and not on others on the “apps” tab ?

It makes me wonder if that could be some sort of suggestion that the app is overpriced.

I’ve only seen that when an app is under a discount?

That might not be the case exactly, I have a recently released theme that has it and one that has an active discount that doesn’t have that button.
