Import Google App - Not working

When trying to import data for a new app in the Samsung Galaxy Store, an error appears when logging in from Google

Access is blocked: the application "samsungapps.com " failed Google verification

The app "samsungapps.com " it hasn’t passed Google verification yet. Until the completion of the process, the application is available only to testers approved by the developer. If you think you should have access to it, contact the developer.
If you are an application developer "samsungapps.com ", study the detailed information about the error.
Error 403: access_denied

I created a ticket to tech support, but they told me that I had to go through this authorization through the account of the app owner. Although the documentation says that I can do this from any account that has access to the google play console with applications.

What to do?

Hi exzo36,

Welcome to the Samsung Developer forum! Please follow the instructions given to you by the tech support team. Please also let the team know about the information you found in the documentation so that they can request an update to it.

Hi! I would not have written here if the tech support team’s advice had worked. The support team advised me to log in through the account of the app owner. I did so, and the mistake was repeated. I texted them about it, and there was silence in response.

You should try and check this functionality yourself, it seems to be in the panel, but it doesn’t work))

For some reason, I thought that by writing here, the developers of the panel would pay attention to the problem and fix it, but it doesn’t seem to have worked.

This topic is created for this function, when adding a new application, Google Play import does not work

Hi @exzo36,

I just tried the Import Google App option from my seller portal account and did not see the error you mentioned. In my case I am the main owner of both the Seller account and the Google account. Please also make sure your Client ID and Client Secret information is correct.

It’s very interesting and strange, I did this from two different accounts and I see 403: access_denied. Did you by any chance try to log in from the same account where the app is located? "samsungapps.com " in google cloud? It’s just a mistake, judging by the google FAQ, it says that your app is only available to developers. You may have logged in from an email address that has access to the app. "samsungapps.com ". Correct me if that’s not the case.

I probably understand what the problem is, the instructions don’t say that you need to enable Google Play Android Developer API, I just tried it on my account and I don’t see 403 anymore.

If you encounter the same problem, here is the solution, you just need to change the Publishing status for the application that you created according to the instructions. The topic can be closed, the import works, thank you.

I thought everything was fine, but it wasn’t! I imported the data, but it won’t let me save it. It’s stuck like this and nothing else happens.

I deleted the draft and did it all over again, but only with my hands. I didn’t import it, everything works crookedly.
