Login problem

Hi! I try to login to my Corporate Account, but I get error! Can’t contact to Support from my accout and I create new account to write here! I will be happy if Ron can help.

And for all the geniuses that recommend clearing cache and rebooting, no that doesn’t work :rofl:

FYI, it does work for me in Chrome Incognito mode

I will try, but i thing that there have some problem with the website.

In Incognito Mode work, but every time need SMS verification. Hope this problem to be fixed.

From today and this don’t work for me!

What browser to you have? If it works incognito then it certainly is a browser cache issue.

See if it works in Edge. Some of the issues I’ve seen are with the OpenID and captcha were updated. I had issue with Windows 10 Chrome and captcha even running the latest Chrome version.

Yes, we are idiots, we don’t know how to clear cache in Chrome!

The problem is not in the browser! I try Chrome, Firefox and Safari.All browsers show the same message. I clear cache and restart and problem is the same! I have applications that need to be updated, but I can’t because i can’t access my profile.I can’t wrire to support from my profile! Situation is not normal.

for me…
If I go to this link (the one cached in my browser) https://account.samsung.com/accounts/v1/SD/signInPassword
it fails with the above message

but if I start from this https://account.samsung.com/
it takes me to
https://account.samsung.com/membership/intro
And I can get in.
and there I can sign in
but the link is
https://account.samsung.com/accounts/v1/MBR/

Not v1 SD so it looks like they did change it the intermediate link and maybe possibly the cache wasn’t fully cleared far enough back? but you shouldn’t need to clear the cache now if the new /MBR vs /SD works it would be remembered.

Let me know if starting from the root site works for you.

Like I said I duplicated the error the first time because the path was cached for me with the Account login
Try

which opens the sign in

Not working for me either, looks like it won’tbe fixed any time soon

And I think the same! I can’t update my apps! Users will leave low rating! Situation is not normal! I’m waiting whole week this to be fixed. Only salutation is to clear my cache and restart my phone.I try this 100 times and DON’T WORK.I try provided links and DON’T WORK. What to do next?

I am now also getting blocked, see here for what i found…

Can you see the partner menu in the Developer Portal?

@newast.design are you using Windows 10 and Chrome there is a captcha issue with that. Edge does work and there is no issue on Windows 11.

I’ll report this to the Galaxy Store Ops team and they can notify the Seller portal/Theme store
