Request for Help with App Update Approval Issue on Galaxy Store

Subject: Request for Help with App Update Approval Issue on Galaxy Store

Message:

Hello Samsung Community,

I am facing difficulties updating my app on the Galaxy Store, and I need your guidance to find the right way to resolve this issue.

Issue Summary:
I received feedback from the Samsung review team in Review Result Report 000007395051_638654185909508864, indicating a problem with the menu display when switching languages in my app. However, this is not a bug but rather a result of the fact that not all features are available across all languages.

This limitation was a deliberate development decision to optimize the user experience for each language, as it is not always possible to offer every feature in every language due to localization and development constraints. This practice is common in many apps to ensure that the available content is tailored to specific languages and regions.

Unfortunately, the reviewer requires all content available in one language to also be accessible in others, which prevents me from releasing important updates to fix bugs. I am unsure if my previous justification has been read or fully understood by the review team.

Request for Help:
I would appreciate your advice on how to ensure my justification reaches the correct people. Is there a specific place or contact I should approach to explain this situation and receive proper feedback?

Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Sincerely,
E. RODRIGUES DE OLIVEIRA
