Hello Samsung Developer Community,
I have developed a streaming TV application using Tizen Studio with Tizen 8.0 as the target version. While the application works perfectly in the Samsung emulator, it gets stuck on the landing screen when I try to debug or test it on my actual Samsung TV.
Here are the details of my setup:
- Samsung TV Model: UA32T4350AKXXL
- TV Software Version: T-KTS2UABC-2503.0
- Tizen Target Version: Tizen 8.0
I would like to know:
- Does a Tizen 8.0 application work with lower versions of Tizen OS on Samsung TVs?
- Are there specific configurations or steps I need to follow to debug and test the application on an actual TV?
- Could this issue be related to compatibility between my application and the TV’s software version?
