My app is shown upside down in the remote test client

My app is shown upside down on most of the devices. Can’t click on my GUI buttons.
Also the overlay controls of the system (like the back button) can’t be clicked on this state.
Can i do anything about it?

I’d suggest you can use the FEEDBACK on the RTL home page to see if this is a factor of the system.
