On android there is a built-in text magnifier (돋보기 위젯 | Android 개발자 | Android Developers). It pops up to help with accurate placement when you touch a selection handle and drag it.
However, on samsung phones(android 9+) there is no text magnifier when you drag a selection handle.
Can it be somehow turned on? Is it intentional behaviour or is it a bug?

According to the documentation, it should work in Android 9 (API level 28) and higher. May be you need to turn on the magnifier.
