Not able to create native app in Tizen Studio

As mentioned in the title I can’t create a native app. I can’t click on it.
I run Tizen Studio 5.1 on Mac M1

Smart TV apps are Web apps.

I managed to run web apps but thought it has to be possible to work with native apps as well.
