I have a developer account on Galaxy Store (and I have a couple of tizen watch app on sale).
I’m new to the watch face world and currently am developing some for wear os.
My question is: can I publish watch faces for tizen? Or is this “developer category” already closed on Galaxy Store (like new android developers can’t subscribe thing)?
If yes, yes I can subscribe to watch face development for tizen, how do I do it? Yes, I know that I cant use GWS for tizen and so on, my question is more about the store itself and the process to publish…

For over 2 years you had to be an approved watch face designer to create new watch faces but that is moot now since Galaxy Store for Tizen Watch Faces is closed for new Watch Face content. You can update old content but not new.
I believe you can upload Android Watch Face / apps content for China only.

You can be a new Android App developer but the all Android developers have to be a commercial seller and have a DUNS number to verify they are a business.
