You cannot fix those errors. And Samsung theme management obviously know these problems exists, otherwise, why would they pick these two screens to test. Of all the screens on a phone they can test, they test these two and reject your theme… the usual.
Try removing the Fold, it’s only luck if you get a theme approved with the Fold devices selected.
