Remote Test Lab Login Issue

We are experiencing an issue with the Samsung Remote Test Lab platform. After entering valid login credentials on the login page, the system redirects back to the same login page without logging in. No error message is displayed, and the credentials are not rejected — it simply loops back to the login prompt. This issue persists across different browsers and devices, including in incognito mode.
Please investigate the cause of this login redirection loop on your end.
