Request for Tizen Partner Certificate (.p12)

I am currently developing a Tizen application for Samsung Smart TVs (HG43BU800EE) that requires advanced features such as:

To proceed with testing and deployment, I think I need access to a Tizen Partner Certificate (.p12).

I tested my application with a developer certificate by entering the DUID, and it works. However, since we are interested in deploying our IPTV system on multiple TVs at the same time, including in hotels and hospitals, I need this certificate. Who can help me?
