S22, s22+ and galaxy a10 Bluetooth issues

2 weeks ago we released an app that controls one of our smart devices (ONNOA) via Bluetooth. Since the release, three Samsung cell phone models in particular, the S21, S21+ and the Galaxy a10, have been experiencing connection problems. We have not experienced any problems during development and have even developed on an s22. All iPhones do not seem to have any problems either. With the cell phone models mentioned, a short connection can be established if the Bluetooth is briefly switched on and off in the cell phone settings. After a few seconds, however, the Samsung models immediately disconnect again (we suspect some kind of energy-saving function perhaps?).
If anyone has an idea or one of the phones to test, we would be very pleased. (Unfortunately, we only have feedback from customers and none of the models for testing). Unfortunately, restarting the phone, reinstalling the app and deleting cash did not help.

Search this forum for BLE and you will find this is common. You may see a solution in one of them or you can contact Samsung Developer Support and give them details and they may be able to help you.

I’m not a developer so I didn’t understand all the issues and “solutions” if any for those. Hopefully you will.
