Samsung pay integration Network international payment gateway

Hi team ,

I have to integrate spay with net work international , i cant find the spay debug key on console, as per the document we need to add this key on Android manifest. How can we test the Samsung pay in Android app do we need to create any testing environment in console .please provide proper documentation for this thanks in advance.
