Samsung remote controller app for ios mobile device

Hello,

I’m developing an iOS application that works as a remote controller for Samsung Smart TVs (2016 models and newer, using Tizen OS). The app allows users to change channels, control volume, and power the TV on/off over the local network.

Apple App Store requires a permission or confirmation from Samsung regarding the use of Samsung’s TV-related intellectual property or protocols.

I am developing a native TV app, just a mobile app that communicates with Samsung TVs.

Can you please guide me on how to get the necessary permission or whom to contact for this?
