[Notice] Change of payment currencies in 5 countries and temporary suspension of paid purchases
Hello! This is the Galaxy Store Seller Portal.
Thank you for always using the Seller Portal and for your continued interest.
To reduce fluctuations in product prices due to some exchange rate changes and preserve the profits of sellers, we will be changing the payment currency for the Galaxy Store in five countries: Romania, Bahrain, Kuwait, Tunisia, and Yemen. For this, Galaxy Store/Galaxy Themes/Samsung IAP-applied in-app paid purchases will be suspended from 00:00 to 08:00 on June 10, 2024 (GMT+0, subject to change). All features except paid purchases may be used as usual.

Precautions: “Price” changes restricted, existing subscriptions canceled

If a seller changes the price of a product/item during the time indicated above, the changed price of the product/item may not be reflected correctly.

For any products/items with a lower or higher price than the existing standard price by using a lower/higher price from the existing price, please make the product price change after this service change work is completed.

To prevent disadvantages to users due to currency changes, existing subscriptions will be canceled. We ask sellers to remind users to re-subscribe.
