Country is not changing

hello sir i am trying to sign up in samsung galaxy store seller portal and the country is stucked to usa there is no option to change it why please correct the problem

Cannot change country

Hi, I’m trying to register an account to publish apps, but the country is stuck to USA. I saw lots of people have the same issue so I tried sending a ticket. I cannot send a ticket because I get this error [Screenshot 2025-04-20 at 11-04-33 Samsung Apps & Services] If I use the general “contact” button, it takes me to a page where there is support for phones and other consumer products. I am a developer. Help?
