Smart Hub Public Preview issues in 2018-2021 TVs (Tizen 4-6)

Hi. I’m having serious issues with the smart hub public preview feature. I followed the instructions and the preview still doesn’t show up. I even tried using the Samsung Provided sample JSON. I can see the TV pulling the JSON from the server, but the preview never shows up.

I’ve tried 2016, 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021 TVs and it works on the old TVs, but not on the newer one. Has anyone run into this? Any tips and tricks?
