Im new to WFS and i found it quite complicated.
Can someone show me exactly where i find date to add to my “face”?

Just click the “Add component”, choose “More” and then “Date”.

Click on component at the top click on More and then select date
This creates the Date and you can then move it change fonts, and so on.
You can change the format see the documentation on Tags for that
