Stuck at Booting Kernel when launching the demo project in emulator

When trying the Basic Project on Tizen studio and trying to launch it in the emulator it doesn’t start, gets stuck on “Booting the Kernel”.

Running on Windows 11
Intel CPU and Nvidia GPU
