Hello!
For some reason, the emulator won’t work on my machine. I tried on both Windows 10 and macOS Catalina (I have a Hackintosh), and the emulator didn’t boot on both platforms. I’ve attached a screenshot of the emulator window below to better illustrate what happens.
Here are my specs, if it helps:
- Core i7-7700HQ
- GTX 1050Ti + Intel UHD 630
- 16 GB RAM
Thanks!
Great news! I was able to get the emulator to boot by enabling CPU VT in settings:
Same problem, have just install Tizen studio with Samsung Galaxy watch SDK. I assume it’s an issue with the emulator.
Windows 10 pro 64bit
i7 8700k
I was able to fix it! I enabled CPU VT in emulator settings and it booted after displaying that screen (took 30 secs in total). Check the screenshots below for more details. Hope this helps
I had both cpu and gpu enabled but it still hanged at “booting the kernel”. However, I restarted my mac, and launched from the emulator manager and then it worked.
Hi, I’m a newcomer, I’ve encountered the same problem
thanks @ayasofya for the tip
