Support request HTTP 502 bad gateway

Hello,

I’m having an issue when submitting a support request via developer.samsung.com page. It was not the case for the past 5 years.

I’ve tried submitting the request four days in a row but same happens. Does anyone have any suggestions or is it a known issue? Thanks!
