The content hls stops on its own after playing for some time

Hi everyone,
we have a problem with our web app, after about 1-2 min the movie starts it freezes and remains in a “freeze” state. We use the video stream on other platforms and we have no problems whatsoever. It has no problems on the Tizen emulator either. We use hls.js. Anyone have the same problem? Where can the problem be? Could it be a connection problem?

For me also the same problem. I’m checking in TV, after 3 or 4mins video playing it freezes and remains in a “freeze” state. whereas the same video is playing fine in other platforms.
We use hls.js

can anyone provide solution to fix this.
