Hi, I’m new here. Before I create themes using GIMP, I was wondering if you have selected themes created with GIMP instead of Adobe Photoshop?

Also, how do I upload themes I create, for only my phone, on my phone?

If you are asking if we accept images created with GIMP when you apply to be a Theme Designer, yes they do. However the application requires a .pdf file so it doesn’t matter what you use.

Also, how do I upload themes I create, for only my phone, on my phone?

You have to be a Theme Designer to install themes on your phone. You can do wallpapers but not themes.
