I’m interested in learning how to design my own themes, but I do not have any idea were to begin. I like putting a theme on my phone but when I find a theme I like there is always that one thing. So I figured why not make my own. So any help would be appreciated.
You need to learn how to use Photoshop or other designer tool (Gimp is free).
