Tizen Studio is not able to configure multi-package?

I have created a native GUI and a native service app.

Native GUI has launch permission, but can’t launch service app. This is due to platform limitation, as they have to be packed into one “multi package”.

However Tizen Studio let me down with this. How the **** can I create multi-packaged native and service app on Tizen 5.5 wearable?
