I had a game for sale on the Samsung Store, and it sold a few copies but never reached the minimum level for me to get a payment.
The game has now been suspended since the Samsung Store no longer sells Tizen watch apps.
Is there a way to get the money that has already been taken since it will now never reach the minimum amount.
“For Tizen Watch paid content sold before September 30, 2024, the expected settlement will be the end of November 2024. However, if the amount to be settled is less than $10 USD, it may not be settled due to fees incurred during remittance.
Under the Galaxy Store Terms of Use, we have no obligation to provide refunds due to service interruption.”
I have more than $10 so I will hopefully see it soon.
