Unable to meet watch face store requirements

Hello!

September 30th, 2024 - Tizen Watch paid content with For Sale status will be changed to Suspended. - Link

How can I change watch faces from the “Paid” status to the “Free” status? Now I can’t do this because… The watch face must be submitted for inspection again when checking the price, but the dial is not accepted during verification.

Although this requirement is in the recommendations:

I think the only way to make them free is discount them 100%?

But why, it takes a lot of time and there is no payback you won’t make a cent.

It benefits Samsung because they will have lots of top notch free content, but they are the ones who have killed our sales.

I don’t think the discount will change the watch face to “free” status. It will be a paid watch face with a discount and it will simply be removed from the store.
I would like Taizen users to be able to download the watch face.
I really hope that one of the competent Samsung representatives will tell you what to do.
