작년에 2년마다 뽑는다고 해서 올 해는 뽑는지 몰랐는데 결국 놓쳤네요

Adding a bit of detail. The page currently shows the last application window was from 1 July 2023 to 30 July 2023. Not that there is a guarantee that they will use the same dates in 2025, but that’s where I’ve set my expectation. Keep
