Unable to install Android V2 signed app on Samsung phones

Hi All,
recently our latest version of the App received an error report from Review team indicating “App Not Installed”. This issue seems to be happening on Android 11 on Samsung devices. On Other devices, the same APK works well. Below is the error received when trying to do adb install on Samsung device. Please give some suggestion on this. On the Android Studio Generate Signed bundle or apk utility, both v1 and V2 are selected during signing operation

Failure [INSTALL_PARSE_FAILED_NO_CERTIFICATES: Scanning Failed.: No signature found in package of version 2 or newer for package

Hi Shivenkumar,

I don’t think this is a seller portal issue since you can also duplicate it. It seems an issue with the Signing and I’m sure you did this and know a lot more about it but here is the reference page.

I will move this to the Mobile category in hopes that someone there has seen this.
