We had previously submitted a Smart TV app, but we no longer work with the developer. Now, when we try to submit a new version of the same app, we are being asked to provide certain information, such as the App name.p12 and Tizen-distributor-signer.p12. Unfortunately, we don’t have access to this information. Since the old version of the app has already been downloaded over 3000 times and we want to keep our current viewers updated, is there any way to find a solution?
