Hello,
when I open a video on amazon prime on “internet” app or “chrome” then the amazon prime video app starts and the video starts there. but in this app with a monitor the resolution and video quality is not good. the video just gets stratched out. So to conter this I thought I could click on “Desktopwebsite” on chrome and try this way. It looks the same as on windows pc. but when I click on play then the player opens but video does not play. instead I get an error. [Amazon.de Hilfe: Probleme beim Abspielen von Prime Video-Titeln]
The add in the beginning plays. but then the video doesnt start. It plays back for a second then the error appears with black screen instead of the video.
