Why was my image rejected because of notification bar contrast? Could this be a mistake or due to the moderator’s emotions?

As a Visual and UI Designer I should admit, that they are very kind to you by marking only most critical areas of your lockscreens, sorry 
In fact nothing is visible there at all, but also I don’t understand your selection of grey color for the clock font and notification icons. Please, mind visually impaired people especially those color blind. It must be a real challenge for them to distinct anything on your screen. Theme Design is not only about putting the cutest wallpapers, it’s a user experience at first place.
