This localization issue comes up every so often and this is one of the years. ISO- 8601 is the standard for accounting. As noted in your screen shot, ISO 8601 is not the only week numbering system in the world The week of the year it depends on the country’s Calendar. Some use the week of the year with 4 days of the year in the week, (Europe for example) Some use the week with January 1st in it (Americas and Korea) There are other Calendars in the world.
